The Founder & Executive Director
Aneesh Chaudhry is the Founder and Executive Director of the SoulPhysio Foundation. The SoulPhysio mission was born largely from his own personal struggles. He dealt with significant Mental Illness and Addiction through his teenage years into his early twenties. Aneesh was diagnosed with conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, and others. This left him searching for answers as to why he was feeling the way he did, and how he would be able to recover in a way that would allow him to live a productive and fulfilling life.
The major shift occurred when Aneesh got his brain scanned in 2013 at the Amen Clinics. Seeing his own brain and the imbalances that led to the various symptoms he was experiencing gave him a newfound hope. Learning that the brain could heal itself through a process called Neuroplasticity led Aneesh on a quest to heal his own brain. He was able to do so with years of diligent studying and many changes in his
lifestyle. He went on to get His Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience. Throughout his undergraduate degree, Aneesh completed a host of different wellness certifications to deepen his knowledge. These certifications include:
- Brain Health Coach: Through the Amen Clinic
- Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist: Through the Corporate Health and Wellness Association (CHWA)
- Reiki Master: Through Huntington Beach Reiki
- Mind-Body Specialist: Through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- Corrective Exercise Specialist: Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- Performance Nutrition Specialist: Through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)

Aneesh is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Physiology and Health from Maharishi International University in Iowa. His research interests lie heavily in ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder). At his clinics in Southern California, he is currently conducting research on how treatments such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Neurofeedback, and Ayurvedic Medicine may impact Mitochondrial Function, EEG Activity, and inflammation levels within children on the spectrum. He wholeheartedly believes that helping children build a healthier brain will create a bright future for our youth and eliminate many of the health issues they currently face.
